End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and BGC Dovercourt ("Dovercourt", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Dovercourt registration portal, parent/guardian portal, website, and related software and digital services (collectively, the "Software").
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Licence Grant
Dovercourt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Software solely for:
- Registering children for programs
- Managing account, payment, and communications
- Interacting with Dovercourt staff
- Other authorized purposes described in our Terms of Use
2. Licence Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software
- Use the Software for competing or unauthorized purposes
- Interfere with security or performance
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Dovercourt or its licensors.
4. User Data & Privacy
Personal information collected through the Software is governed by the BGC Dovercourt Privacy Policy (2024-02-27).
5. Software Updates
We may update or modify the Software at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dovercourt is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Software.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Dovercourt for violations or misuse of the Software.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law.
